Houses with views of the beach or amuse park is better. It will add spice to your vacation.

Style of the house is also something that you should consider especially if you are traveling with a toddler, an elderly or a disabled. A 2-story house will definitely be a problem since it limits the actions of certain individuals.

For possible places to stay, you can ask friends or relatives who have been in trips lately for a referral or recommendation. It is still best if someone you know have already experienced living in the vacation home because they can inform you of things that you should look out to.
