Many people who read this article will be familiar with traditional timeshare. With traditional timeshare, the buyer usually purchases a specific resort as a home-base resort, for a specific week, in a specific sized condominium.

The timeshare owner would vacation at their resort in their week and sized unit or want something else and make an exchange of their resort, week, and size for some other resort, in another week, same size unit. Some timeshare owners always go to their home resort, every year, every time. Some of these owners are just elated. They own their vacations, they have to opportunity to get this asset paid off and still keep enjoying it and sharing it with family and friends.

For some timeshare owners, they have had enough time in their own resort and they want something else to do and somewhere else to go. There is no commitment for a specific size unit required and they buyer can travel any time of the year.
