Jupiter, Florida
Jupiter is a large town of approximately 40,000. Originally Jupiter was named for the local Hobe Indian tribe, but through a series of mis-translations, Hobe, Florida came to be called Jupiter; hence, Jupiter is most notably associated with the Roman God by the same name, the God of light, sky, and weather, and the welfare of the State. Appropriate, considering the good life in this pleasing year-round tropical locale is known for its fair beaches.
This is distinct in that it is large enough to offer plenty of diversity and entertainment, yet small enough to escape the congestion and confines of a large city. Among Jupiter’s many attractions and services are:
* Roger Dean Stadium Complex-shared by the Florida Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals for spring training, and by two area Class A Minor League Baseball teams, the Jupiter Hammerheads and the Palm Beach Cardinals
* William P. Gwinn Airport
* Florida Atlantic University-MacArthur Campus (which houses the Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College)
* Scripps Research Institute sister facility at FAU (nearing completion)
* Breathtaking beaches and waterfront estates

Lake Park, Florida
It enjoys the community living of a smaller town at just under 10,000 people, yet it still boasts a healthy industrial community inclusive of construction, manufacturing, retail, wholesale, and more. It’s business-friendly and supportive of development.
Dubbed the “Jewel of the Palm Beaches” since the 1920’s, this gateway community is conveniently situated near Boca-Raton and West Palm Beach, so city-life is just a short ride away.
The Lake Park Harbor Marina is its main attraction. It is part of Lake Park’s 12 acre municipal waterfront park. The Marina has recently undergone a complete renovation, and now includes:
